Clark County GIS

The Clark County Geographic Information System (CCGIS) Consortium, formed in 1997, was organized to provide the Winchester and Clark County community with a computer-based tool for mapping, organizing information, and analyzing places and events. 

The Kentucky Division of Geographic Information (DGI) has a web map of the entire Commonwealth of Kentucky online.
