Clark County GIS is a CONSORTIUM
The Clark County GIS Consortium operates under an interlocal agreement. CCGIS has its own Board of Directors. The Board consists of representatives from the voting member agencies of CCGIS. The CCGIS Board sets goals, approves actions, and provides guidance to CCGIS staff. CCGIS is administratively attached to Winchester Municipal Utilities for the purposes of Financial and Personnel Services.
