INTRODUCTION:

The Clark County Geographic Information System (CCGIS) Consortium, formed in 1997, was organized to provide the Winchester and Clark County community with a computer-based tool for mapping, organizing information, and analyzing places and events. 

PARTNERS OF THE CONSORTIUM:

CCGIS was formed by three local governmental agencies:

The City of Winchester

The Clark County Property Administration Office

Winchester Municipal Utilities

GROWTH:

CCGIS has grown to include the following agencies:

The Clark County Board of Education

The Clark County Fiscal Court

ASSET TO THE COMMUNITY:

CCGIS is a valuable community asset that can assist in the ordinary business of individuals, business, organizations, and governmental entities. CCGIS welcomes participation by other groups and governmental agencies.
