THE CLARK COUNTY GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM (CCGIS) CONSORTIUM WAS FORMED IN 1997. IT WAS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE THE WINCHESTER AND CLARK COUNTY COMMUNITY WITH A TOOL FOR MAPPING, ORGANIZING INFORMATION, AND ANALYZING PLACES AND EVENTS.
Clark County GIS is governed by a Board of Directors.
